We are mental health therapists with over 15 years of experience in the field, spanning agency work, private practice, and clinical leadership. Before launching Bloom Clinical Consulting, we spent years navigating the complexities of mental health systems—learning what works, what doesn’t, and how to build something better.

Starting our own private practice from the ground up, we learned the ins and outs of the business the hard way. Today, that practice has grown into a thriving group with over 30 dedicated professionals, including therapists and prescribers—all driven by a shared commitment to quality care.

In addition to consulting, I (Katelyn) currently teach at Rhode Island College, where I’m passionate about preparing the next generation of clinicians for meaningful, sustainable work in the mental health field.
